I have seen similar spikes before, except in DC, where the center for missing and exploited children seems to take over-last time i looked at their website, for missing kids across the country, for some reason parents-or others, have an insanely high rate of missing children in DC/Virginia that do not provide Photos for the media, law enforcement, or general public.
