as long as someone outranks and investigator, there is something to gain by cheating, not to mention it often turns into a "you scratch my back ill scratch yours", it creates a growing wave of corruption, what if the sheriff looked at the browsing history,and one of the kids, or even one of their friends looked at something.... abnormal on the web, that info could scar someones childhood, or destroy a professional. over something not even that outrageous if played right.

our system in beyond broken, it doesn't hinder justice and honestly, it breeds deceit and backroom deals. do i have the answer, most people would say no, but 1 thing is for sure.
