Real Estate Indonesia (REI) became one of the developers of DP Rp 0. However, it states will agree if it meets one condition. What is that?

Chairman of DPP REI, Soelaeman Soemawinata said, support the provision of DP 0 housing development will be provided if the cooperation scheme between the provincial government of DKI Jakarta and the developer is clear.

Because, until now, there is no clear scheme related to the provision of DP Rp 0 cooperation despite the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Provincial Government of DKI and the developer in this case DPD REI DKI Jakarta.

In addition, the financing scheme is not yet clear.

"If REI is like this from a financing scheme implemented by the government, it can first be legal, it can be implemented by the private sector, if the skeman can be done by the private sector we will join,"

Furthermore, he said that the government regulation scheme has been brought by the Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta, Sandiaga Uno to Bank Indonesia (BI) and OJK for processing.

"If the Vice Governor is still processing the licenses from the scheme to BI and OJK if we are in Jakarta like that.We just wait for the scheme as it is because it's regional only Jakarta so will partner with DKI," he continued.

Meanwhile, he also argues for the calculation of the installment of the house DP Rp 0 technically will cost a larger installment than the usual.

"Technically, but if the person gives a small DP automatically he is exposed to large interest in installments but if giving a big DP automatically he exposed to a small interest in installments because the installment is the amount of interest," he concluded.
