From Abu Hurairah radhiallahuanhu, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Who believes in Allah and the Last Day should he say good or silent, whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his neighbor and anyone who believes in Allah and the Last Day so he should glorify his guests (Bukhori and Muslim history)

The lesson contained in the hadith:

  1. Faith is directly related to everyday life.
  2. Islam calls for something that can foster a sense of love and affection among individual Muslims.
  3. Including the perfection of faith is a kind and silent word from besides.
  4. Exaggeration in conversation can lead to destruction, while keeping the conversation is the way of salvation.
  5. Islam maintains that a Muslim speaks what is beneficial and prevents the words that are forbidden in every condition.
  6. Not reproduce the permitted conversation, because it can drag to the forbidden or makruh actions.
  7. Including the perfection of faith is honoring its neighbors and taking care of it and not hurting it.
  8. Compulsory speech when needed, especially if it aims to explain the haq and ma'ruf disguised nahi munkar.
  9. Glorifying guests is among the glory of morals and a sign of its commitment to the Islamic Shari'a.
  10. Advice to treat others well.

The theme of hadith and related verses of the Qur'an:

1- Keeping words

There is not a word he speaks of (or the deeds he does) but is by his side a watchful angel who is available (receiving and writing).
[Surat Qaf 18]

2- Good relationship with neighbors:

And you shall worship Allah and do not be united with Him by anything; and do good to both the parents, and the relatives, and the orphans, and the poor, and the neighboring neighbors, and the neighbors of the distant neighbors, peers, and the abandoned travelers, the servant you have. Allah does not like those who are proud and boast not proud;
[Surat An-Nisa '36]

3- Precious attitude towards guests:

Has it reached you (O Muhammad) about the guest of the glorified Ibrahim's Prophet?
When they came in and greeted them by saying: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: Peace be upon you! "(Saying inwardly): they are unknown people.
Then he went in to get his home expert and brought out a fat calf (baked).
Then he served them and said: "Eat well".
[Surat Adz-Dzariyat: 24-25-26-27].
