Dhaka-Chittagong bullet train at Tk 32 billion
Railway Minister said. Mujibul Haque MP said, the bullet train will be opened from Dhaka to Laksham from Chittagong at a cost of 32 thousand crore. It will be possible to get covered in this train in only two and a half hours. The project is under study.

The minister said, Ramu-Cox's Bazar and Ramu-Ghunadhum railway line will be built on the Karnaphuli river by rail and road bridges as alternative for Kalurghat Bridge and from Dohajari from Chittagong.
Referring to the allocation of 16 thousand 135 crore taka for the government in the rail sector, the minister described the activities of the ministry in restoring 140 railway stations, restoring railways and railway bridges.
Majibul Haque said that businessmen including Chittagong, playing an important role in the economy, through industrialization and creating jobs for millions of people in the country. He assured the allotment of favor to the Chittagong Chamber in the context of the application of the responsibility of promoting Agrabad Daba beauty.
Meanwhile, Chamber President Mahbubul Alam said that Chittagong international trade fair play an important role in the private sector. All products of Bangladesh are displayed in the fair. The fair has already been known as the Milan Center of Chittagong City People.
Every year 20-30 lakh pilgrims visit this fair. He draws the attention of the railway minister and allocates a permanent venue from the railway station in favor of the Chittagong Chamber and requests the allocation of the deba Chittagong Chamber for the purpose of converting the surrounding world trade center into an elephant. He also urged the minister to improve the Veluar Dighi Reform, Railway container service and increase the number of Dhaka-Chittagong trains.
