My only concern with Steemtipper is that if we have to load funds into it before tipping that must mean the Steem on their is centralized, within one wallet, something like the way an exchange has many sub-accounts for all users. And if so then for all the same reasons you shouldnt store large amounts on an exchange, you also should store large amounts on Steem tipper.

Thoughts? Am I wrong somehow?
