I swear the DHS will one day be used to institute martial law in America...

It's just so clear from everything that's come out from this post-9/11 dumb institution that has no reason to be...

Don't we already have the FBI to 'thwart' terror plots? Or home-brew them and then save the day from mentally retarded young adults?
