Ifugao Reflection Camp: healing and lives being rebuilt

It's amazing to see great results of the present administration's War on Drugs. With more than a million drug-users who surrendered last year, the problem was on how and where to rehabilitate them, and with that, the government was unprepared.
Ifugao Reflection Camp
Seeking support from the Philippine National Police/DILG, the AFP and the DSWD, this rehabilitation camp is headed by Joseline Niwane, the Benguet Provincial Social Welfare Development officer.
As Ifugao is one of the few provinces in the country who have implemented a community-based drug rehabilitation program, it advocates the integration of the rehabilitation in a community where the campers are much accepted.
With more than a 100 surrenderees, they are about to graduate from their 6-months rehabilitation program.

If not all Filipinos and the international community believe the effectiveness of the ongoing war against drugs in the Philippines, this war rages on till our country is free of it.
The Philippines needs healing. And it is doing just that!
