• Mastercard and London & Partners, the official Mayor's London promotional body, are rolling out mobile apps to enhance the tourist experience while visiting London.

Applications called Visit London Official City Guide will provide personal experience as well as offer and use data in real-time to help travelers get around the city more efficiently.

In addition, this application also allows travelers to securely make transactions for admission tickets to attractions by using Masterpass.

Based on information from the official tourist guide to London, visitlondon.com, and Priceless Cities Mastercard program, this app can help users to explore everything that is going on in London, browsing the best activities that can be done; browsing exciting destinations that are rarely known to people as well as getting special offers and discounts for admission to attractions and restaurants.

The full version of this app was just launched in October 2017 and now the app has been equipped with digital payment technology from Mastercard to buy admission tickets without having to queue up.

Masterpass has been embedded in apps that simplify shopping activities because users can safely store all card information, as well as make purchases through the app.
