The ICC has accused India of changing the shape of Sri Lanka captain Dinesh Chandimal during the 2nd test match of the West Indies Test series.

According to the ICC, Chandimal tried to change the shape of the ball using a snack.fter the inquiry, the ICC decided to punish the accused for the offend.
