Yesterday's big winner was the Institute for Defense Analyses, a non-profit corporation in Alexandria, Virginia that runs three federally-funded research and development centers (FFRDCs). The contract award was worth $950 million to provide research, analyses, technical evaluation, and text/evaluation support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense Joint Staff and other defense agencies.
