200 Killed At North Korean Nuclear Facility (Tunnel): Is This True?

"More than 200 people are feared to have died when a tunnel caved in at North Korea’s nuclear test site after its latest detonation, a Japanese news report said last night.

A tunnel collapsed at Punggye-ri in early September, days after North Korea conducted its sixth and largest underground nuclear test on September 3, TV Asahi said, quoting unnamed North Korean sources."

The original source for this news is Asahi TV from Japan.

Now this is where I start having serious doubts about news agencies, when reports like these come out, yet people who scream about fake news believe these news without questioning anything.

I absolutely don't like the North Korean government, it is a dictatorship, it has an elite living like royalty in what is a very poor country.

But it is also not called the Hermit Kingdom for nothing, how would a news agency from wherever get this piece of news? The North Koreans wouldn't admit to this, so is this kind of information believable? If the North Koreans admitted to it, or if a North Korean news agency were the source I would have no doubts but "unnamed North Korean sources"? I tend to think if it is true very few people in North Korea would know about it, the source could be easily spotted and supposedly North Koreans are very swift with their retaliation, so would someone there be as dumb as to give out this information?

And it doesn't even have a date just that it happened after the North Korean September 3 nuclear test. I put this piece of news under the "very doubtful" tag.
