The Grassroots Innovation Programme was... looking for the next scientist or engineers who will then be incubated in to programmes to develop their innovation into a business.

I personally prefer a bigger engine, but the idea is good and can solve some commuting issues in inner cities with high traffic volumes.
I think this one is more for out in the sticks
