Drama in Brussels, police on horseback trample participants in the fake festival in the park

in #news3 years ago

Policemen stormed horses in Brussels yesterday to hundreds of people gathered in the park, before leaving the water pressure on young people who had gathered for a festival, which later proved to be a joke on April 1.

Clashes erupted as police attempted to clear the park, in which several officers and their horses were injured, along with eight young participants.

In the recorded footage a girl loses consciousness from being hit by a police horse, as she had no mind at the moment of impact. The media said she was one of two people sent to the hospital, but did not describe their condition.

About 5,000 people descended on the Bois de la Cambre park in Brussels yesterday for the ‘La Boum’ festival - which was announced on Facebook by unreliable sources. Participants were told that they would be treated to music by "hundreds of DJs, without coronavirus restrictions, with the participation of the well-known French electronic band Daft Punk".

But instead they found the harsh reaction of the police, who attacked them advancing on horseback, with water and tear gas pumps, in dramatic scenes of bloody injuries.

The current coronavirus rules in Belgium do not allow the collection of more than four people.
