If you are old and house rich and can't afford the taxes and don't want to move to Modesto for some reason its not a bad idea. Your kids can buy RVs and call them tiny homes.
Now this sounds like a MAJOR HOA violation...lol...Of course, I'm sure an RV might appear as a 'rich' man's asset.
The tiny home nestled in the distant back yard is a great idea for generating income in the BnB business.
