GEO-ENGINEERING PROPOSED TO TACKLE CLIMATE CHANGE? Are they crazy?

Geo-engineering has been underway for decades and it is the effects of THIS that is being interpreted as "climate change".
To propose to continue to mess with the weather is ludicrous and criminal on a scale that is not covered by law internationally.
Hence the programs continue unabated.
To wean ourselves off fossil fuels would actually contribute to the ending of the geo--engineering that we see in our skies.
Jet fuel, loaded with metal laden soot is streaking and clouding our skies in a most unnatural manner and this is something that could easily be stopped because it is deliberate in the first place. The same can be said about ship emissions which are far more toxic than all the cars added together.
Jim Lee proposes that ENMOD be augmented and I agree with him.
