As a former airfield worker and airplane modifier, I wondered how a chemtrail program could be deployed. The witness at time-mark 3:55 in this video: https://www.bitchute.com/vi... gave the answer. No widespread conspiracy of airfield workers is required if the contaminant is in the fuel. This is the patent he speaks of. Call the FAA and complain until they answer for this fkn outrage.
