Published 2019-08-21 17:47:12 by Drago Bosnic in Defense, Eurasia, Headline-News, Russia

MOSCOW - The Russian Defense Ministry has released a video of the first six-tonne Altius-U unmanned aerial vehicle that can be in the air for more than a day. The little over a minute-long video was posted on Russia's MoD YouTube channel, showing the drone flying, maneuvering in the air, as well as landing. The drone is powered by a turboprop engine, which was chosen over a jet engine. This decision is mainly due to better stealth characteristics (less likely to be caught by infrared tracking systems), easier maintenance, less noise, better range, and lower flight costs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=63&v=VTMc9brMP3A The flight lasted... Published 2019-08-21 10:15:38 by Drago Bosnic in Color-Revolution, Entertainment, Eurasia, Headline-News, Politics, Propaganda, Russia

MOSCOW - The latest protests in Moscow got a lot of coverage in the Western mainstream media. The protests have been covered by the most prominent media in the West and what's symptomatic of their coverage is showing the protests as if Putin might fall any minute now. And even if there really were 100,000 people in the streets, that's on a level of a statistical error in a city with a population of... Continue ->
