Japanese men legally allowed to marry "virtual reality" brides

There are so many angles to this story. I guess I would like to understand the reason "why"? Is Japanese society become this way for some men that they choose to marry a virtual bride? I know the industry supporting this in a church will do anything for money...this is quite obvious.
I guess the other side is he is not hurting anyone, maybe his parents. Is this what happens when you grow up with video games for a decade and lose any socialization skills?
It's sad to me that this is a possible world reality. But it could be worse if a person did something far worse to another human...both are sad.
Can anyone in Japan comment on this?

Blessings to you... my thought is the Lord is at work and maybe he is making changes...and maybe we need to see the darkness in humanity first....the veil is being lifted. I don' think the majority in this world care for the lies, deceit and corruption.
