Do not write in the e-mail

People are now using e-mail for different purposes. Someone is doing business in the business, nobody is doing communication. However, whatever the purpose of the mail is written, it is important to know some of the mailwriters. Some articles need to be kept in mind while writing mail. Not to mention the emergency or the 'Argent': It is not always easy to write an important word in the e-mail. Surely you know the story of a liar shepherd. If an unsolicited mail is being sent in the name of emergency mail, the recipient can not give importance to the time of actual emergency.

Relevant to 'Subject': When writing 'Subject' of the email, think of a message titled 'Your Message'. Seeing the topic, the recipient becomes interested to open the mail. Especially if the relationship with the recipient is not that the letter will be read by the name of the sender, then the subject becomes more important. Writing 'Subject' is a serious mistake. Because the messages that are not written in the subject can be spammed into the spam box stuck in the filter. And some kind of 'Impertant' or 'High It's Me!' System is almost sure to be considered spam.
