This is crazy. Every 4 or so years Canada has TOO MUCH water and opens their dams and floods the s$#@ out of north dakota. I dont have a problem with that as I believe only idiots build in flood plains. It literally rains every other day in Vancouver. For the love of god whoever says canada is running out of water is either a liar or an ignorant stooge.
The way that they fluoridate all the city water and people think it is normal to have that stuff in the water is crazy. I am glad to have grown up drinking well water and when ever I take a drink of city tap water is so disgusting and chemical tasting. Having hand pumped all the water that I used for a few months living off grid really made be appreciate the value of having good clean water.
The whole water system they have in the city is idiotic. With the sewer system they dump all the shit in the water and then spend boatloads of money cleaning it up to then pump it full of toxic chemicals.
With the water systems of the cities they overflow when it rains and then a lot of that toxic waste goes back into the water supply. Not only do you have all the human waste going into the water but with most people being loaded full of pharmaceuticals that is all flushed down the toilet.
Having a water filter is a very wise idea for everyday use and for SHTF.
Quebec and BC generate over 90% of their electrical power from hydroelectric dams for fooks sake. I have a stream running through my backyard. I can walk 5 minutes and find another. We have the dumbest population since time began. For instance, how many people out there literally think carbon is a poison?
I live in the US and we’ve had summer watering restrictions at least as far back as when we bought our house in ‘92. We have several large lakes, fed from mountain runoff, that supply our water and we really don’t have a shortage. Many people in my area actually have wells dug and don’t worry about the restrictions.
The last bottle of water I bought was nestle and the label said the water came from a public water source in Denver, CO - which is a completely different state than where I live and probably a 10 hour drive. Of course water isn’t the only ingredient listed but I can’t recall the chemicals that were listed.
Every spring we have TOO MUCH water in western Canada! The levels got dangerously high last year because or all snow melt that hit the water tables once the weather warmed up.
we even have one of the Nestle water-packing plants nearby, and that story hit CBC recently... look it up, folks, and note how mayor set them straight
