Elon Musk did it again.
The Starship has landed.
It only took SpaceX five tries to do what no one else in the world of rocketry had ever dreamed of. They shot an arrow into the air....er. That is they launched a rocket ten kilometers up into the atmosphere then shut the engines off.
As the rocket began to fall it turned over on it's side and fell almost all the way back to the ground...sideways..
But wait! Only a few hundred meters before it would have crashed into the ground it righted itself, ignited it's engines and landed on a pillar of fire (Old hat with SpaceX but something else that no one else can do.)
The mission was a success. (except for a pesky on board camera the persisted in malfunctioning.
