The shooter in Peunaron Aceh gave himself to the TNI headquarters

"During the two weeks since the shooting incident, our officers and the police conducted a sweep to find out the perpetrators of the shooting, with persuasive communication, on Thursday, the perpetrator came to our office carrying a M-16 A1 long-range firearm and several ammunition items used do the shooting, "said Intelligence Detachment Commander Lieutenant Colonel Arh Donny Indiawan.



According to Donny, Hedgehogs surrender themselves. Moreover, the offender is ready to be processed in accordance with applicable law.

"With my own awareness, I came alone and surrendered myself to the TNI officers for the actions I had committed, no intimidation or pressure from any party, I am ready to be prosecuted for my actions," said Lieutenant Colonel Donny.

Two gunshot houses were located in Simpang Tiga Village, Gampong (Village) Peunaron Baru, Peunaron Sub-district, East Aceh District. The shooting caused two critical citizens.

Residents who heard the incident immediately reported to the Police. The results of the crime scene found several grains of 5.56 mm caliber bullet projectile which is allegedly a M-16 type long barrel weapon. The motive for shooting itself is still being explored.
