Warren sucking up to Native Americans

The soon to be ex-candidate for the Democratic nomination, Elizabeth Warren is reaching out to anyone that will bend an ear in the hopes that she can stay in this thing for a few more weeks.

Recently she appeared to thank the Cherokee Nation for "calling her out" and holding her accountable for falsely identifying as Native American.

The Cherokee Nation sent Warren a letter asking her to go beyond apologizing and to instead do more to expose white people falsely claiming Native American heritage in order to take advantage of minority advantages provided by Affirmative Action.

Warren had a lukewarm response and basically side-stepped the entire thing as you would expect from a politician. Instead of renouncing her previous claims and even addressing the fact that she did in fact receive special treatment at times in the past by falsely claiming Native American heritage, she instead changed the topic to be about actions she has taken as a lawmaker and presidential campaign plans with tribal interests in mind.

Her response, which can be seen here almost completely avoids the points of the letter that was sent to her and basically is a shopping list of all the great things she has done for Native American and all the even better stuff she is going to do if she is elected president.

Elizabeth Warren is not going to be President of the United States. I would say that her chances of winning the Democrat nomination is extremely low, like maybe 1 in 1024.

This news is dumb because of the trail that was taken to get to this point and the levels to which a struggling politician will go to in order to buy some votes. I think Elizabeth should stop taking out loans, suspend her campaign and maybe retire to her kitchen and grab a beer.... Maybe thank her husband for being there too.
