Good stuff. Man I can't believe that taxpayers have to double pay but when bad things paid for by tax payers get corrected, who else is going to pay for it besides the taxpayers.. I know there is a crazy highway camera system all the way up i-15 and Las Vegas has an intense camera system set up, and it in now way helped prevent or give knowledge of the recent attack there.

Sucks this is what the government decides to spend money on, and that there is no way to prevent or stop it until after the fact.
