JSECoin ICO Whitelisting Is Up

in #news6 years ago

JSECoin, the crypto project aiming to monetize web publishing by browser mining, is getting ready for their ICO. According to the roadmap published on their website, the ICO should start at the beginning of July. So far, they kept to their roadmap very tightly, with pretty much everything they scheduled there carefully implemented.

If you don't know anything about this project, try a search on Steemit by using "jsecoin dragos roua" (or just click that link). I wrote a few articles announcing the proejct's major milestones.

Why this "getting ready for the ICO" thing is important? Because if you want to participate in it, you'll have to get whitelisted. And if you want to invest more than $10,000, you should pass their KYC verifications (which are pretty standard, by the way).

So, if you're interested, go to this page: https://jsecoin.com/whitelisting. The ICO will be on Ethereum (ERC20) so you'll need to provide a valid Ethereum address and they're also asking for the amount you think you'll be able to contribute.

Disclaimer: I support the JSECoin project from its early days, and I hold some JSE tokens. The links in this post are NOT affiliate links.

Wanna know when you're getting paid?

I know the feeling. That's why I created steem.supply, an easy to use and accurate tool for calculating your Steemit rewards

It's free to use, but if you think this is a useful addition, I'd appreciate your witness vote.

Thank you!

This another new one .
So if I’m getting this right
Browsers will be able to mine crypto just by using them . I should more on this . Seems Beth interesting

I hope this takes off. Ads are failing badly these days, too many middlemen, too much politics involved, and then there's the realization that putting ads everywhere for a known brand is kinda not really worth it for that brand.
JSE, or something like JSE, could be the saving grace for self hosted internet content.

Thank you for this great read! Would you also be interested in reviewing World Wi-Fi project?

may be i will invest some sbd in their ico.

I don't want to be a late bird on this, the team is solid. It is okay if I invest some profit in it.

Uhm, does it have much different from steemit?

It does, it enables contents providers to monetize their sites by mining JSEcoin with visitors/users browsers

IMHO, it will reduce annoying ads seen on websites.

Thanks for the update, tell me more about ads

Ads is abbreviation for advertisements.

I thought it said JesusCoin at first ...

hey, when is someone going to make the JesusCoin anyways,,, it's about time !!!

JSE Coin is for mainly webmaster who want to monetize their websites by helping to secure JSE network.

Find the tool extremely useful!! Well done. I also like how it displays your loyal followers.

Voted as a witness (:

I'm very interested in this since you mentioned it.

I'm not a good investor and feel a little bit unsure though when they changed the number of coins by X20 - 200 times??can't recall. I want to understand why they would do it, perhaps to get more sponsorship? as now if you pay cash vs. mine it feels like your gonna get a lot more coins.

...but it could back fire as well as people seem more fascinated in collecting/paying higher amounts for coins because they are less in number.

Still, seems very promising indeed. I hope you can buy with bitcoin or some other alt-coin vs. just eth or fiat.
