Prepare a nutritious and delicious chicken curry (+ recipe)

The chicken is in many of our meals. We can eat it grilled on the grill, baked, cold or hot. Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts
2 white onions
4 cloves of garlic
5 tbsp of tomato sauce
2 tbsp curry powder
1 cup of milk cream
oil, quantity needed
salt and pepper to taste
cooked rice, to accompany

preparation:

Place the oil in a non-stick pan and take it to the fire.

Add the chopped onion, cook for a minute and add the garlic, also chopped.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Continue to simmer while stirring with a wooden spoon.

Incorporate tomato sauce and curry powder.

Cook everything for 5 minutes without stopping stirring.

Add the chicken breasts skinless and diced.

Cook for 2 or 3 minutes on high heat.

Add the cream and continue cooking at low heat for another 5 minutes.

Serve chicken curry with a little white rice.
