More Flint Lawsuits Get Dismissed By Courts
In the last month alone, at least 4 prominent lawsuits that have been filed over the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, have been dismissed by the courts. The lawsuits involved thousands of residents who were impacted by the water crisis, and they pointed the finger of blame directly at state officials for their alleged negligence in the matter.
The various lawsuits that have been filed, were looking to accuse the state officials of being responsible for their part in allegedly poisoning the city's water supply, but US District Judge John Corbett O'Meara dismissed the claims and those cases are consequently dropped. That judge alone is said to have dismissed roughly 60 different lawsuits that were tied to the Flint water crisis. Isn't it amazing that he found not even a single one of them to hold any merit in moving forward.
The dismissal of these lawsuits comes after the official federal investigation into the water crisis was quickly and quietly called to a finish. Because of the water crisis that occurred, many people now report that they are suffering from health side effects as a consequence. And many of those victims were hoping that these class actions lawsuit would be able to seek some sort of remedy for them.
Lawyers for the victims have already indicated that they plan on appealing the ruling.
The lawsuits have alleged that unconstitutional and negligent conduct took place on the part of state officials, like the director of the state Department of Environmental Quality, the Flint Department of Public Works Director, a previous city utilities administrator, and many others.

To me it seems like the perfect place in the US to grow volunteerism and anarchist societies. Prove the systems work better than the failed central govermment disaster.
millions of free and voluntary exchanges prove successful every single day in the market :)
It costs money to replace pipes or build wells. Overall though Flint is not a great case for anarchism due to the crime and lack of police.
