I know a lot of people believe that Ripple(XRP) is the anti-cryptocurrency. All of the coins are already mined. They are working with centralized banks to provide payments. But, Ripple did have a huge run in December, mostly due to rumors and misquoted pumps and dumps. We'll have to see how this MoneyGram deal affects the price.
Right now, all of crypto is down due to one thing or another. Mostly due to a pull back correction after drinking too much egg-nog in December. But, it will go back up, it just needs a spark to get beyond the FUD and start the FOMO again.

Moneygram can send cash as well in 10 minutes to other countries to people but not to companies accounts, does anyone know if Ripple can do that?

As with all the coins, that aren't just crap coins, they have to get beyond the Alpha and Beta stages and start to actually do what they say they are going to do, so that they show their real value.
Korean exchanges being seized and shutdown is what caused all the drops.
Ripple broke it's descending resistance it started a week ago. Will be interesting to see if it can stay strong with all the blood in the streets. I bet there are a lot of bag holders that bought at the top waiting to sell.

But, if it can kick the market back into green, I won't hate it too bad.
I am always very critical with XRP, but if it helps to give visibility to the crypto market it will be good news. Even so, I prefer not to invest in it.
Interesting! i'm starting to do some crypto 'info sheets' to get a better understanding of the projects or ethos behind the cryptos i don't have. I've tried to avoid BTC copies and all the other 'vacant' cryptos, don't want to be putting my money into things like that when there's loads of cryptos which have a brilliant ethos or project behind them. But I hadn't looked into Ripple yet, didn't know it was such an antagonist (who's the Dr Evil of cryptocurrencies?). Thanks for the post!
