A lot has been said about Silver in the last couple of days, but the big holders of silver remaining the same institution we tend to see as enemies of the people. The likes of JP Morgan, etc

Is it really realistic with them holding so much of the paper supply of Silver which dictates the price, can we really see a price break out??
