RE: Coca-Cola Now BANNED In North Carolina County!
The government dictating what soda I can drink is even worse than Coke's racism and is the complete opposite of libertarianism. People can make their own decisions. Coke can be racist and people can choose not to buy their products. That dynamic is libertarian.
Yeah, I made that point in my video, which is why I support boycotting Coca-Cola and I'm opposed to the government getting involved.
I understand your intentions, but I disagree because I think the government has a role in protecting its citizens from discrimination. I disagree with the idea that just because something is a private business it can do whatever it wants. The same goes for critical race theory (CRT). Government should work to stop companies from promoting CRT because CRT is racism. The government has a role in protecting its citizens.
People should be able to think or say whatever they want. Now, if Coke is discriminating based on race for hiring or salary then I believe they would be in violation of current laws. We don't need government protection from someone's words.
