This video is going viral. Nurse arrested by police officer for no apparent reason?
Can anyone make sense of this? Alex Wubbels is dragged out and arrested by the police for refusing to draw blood from an unconscious patient? I don't know what law she broke.

She refused to draw blood on a patient that the police wanted her to. Dunno what the patient did, but I'm guessing it was something pretty serious.
Either way, no good for anyone that this kind of thing is happening...

No warrant, no arrest, the cop(s) was/were just wanting to be a cop and be "above the law," power tripping asshole. There's a really long video of this from 2 different perspectives. It's thoroughly disgusting.

I'm also sympathetic to cops. Not in every situation, though.
That flag grosses me out. They get enough sympathy with our tax dollars.
Do you think cops are only in it for the money?
For the benefits, healthcare, retirement, and money. Most likely, yes.
But many others I feel go into it to assert some non-existent fantasy-land level of authority.
A select few, I feel, are decent people trying to help.
