"Zylch" goverment? Is that the word? Anarchy, or from Greek "without ruller" is the highest form of goverment. Everybody are self aware and no need for ruller. So it is needed to make people self aware and in self control. That it is the path. From early age.... probably :)
That assumes everyone is a self-aware, self-controlled rational actor.
I don't know about your experience, but general populace, if not the majority, of humanity is quite far from those 3 things.
Yes exactly :) ... general populace .... as you put it, and probably more than 80% of todays population is far from it. I find myself overwhelmed by emotions and irational thinking quite often as well. Since we are emotional beings. But we can still try, and continued to so. Espacialy with the younger generations, and to put in place good educational system that will teach the right and true things. It is a neverending constant self improvment that we are doing till the day we die.
