Why is not proper compensation to the child rifers family: the High Court
The High Court has issued a rule asking why people will not be directed to give proper compensation to their family due to the negligence of the child.

Health secretary, Additional Secretary (Hospital) of the Ministry of Health, Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) president, Max Hospital's Managing Director and three concerned doctors have been asked to respond to the rule within four weeks.
