To fix the world financial system I think the major world economies will need to return to an honest form of money and accounting before any meaningful progress could be made.
Gold / Resource backed currencies on public blockchains for nations and decentralized open-sourced cryptocurrency for everyone else!
YES - until there is no more need for "money",
