We often say many politicians are corrupt/puppets. That they are controlled by other people who we don't even know. How is it the EASIEST to control them? If those people have dirt on them. Those people give them power, money and they can climb the ladder easily as long as they do what those people say. If not? Then everyone will know about that "dirt". Based on that logic, the perfect candidates would be people with the most sickening secrets.
