HYBRID PIZZA

We all love a slice of pizza occasionally, well there's a new variant out there to try.
This Japanese variant was invented in 1992.
Its called SUSHI PIZZA.
The base is a fried rice patty.
Topped with layers of-
Avocado.
A choice of salmon or tuna or crabmeat.
Mayonnaise.
Wasabi powder.
Its very popular in Canada, pizza sushi is gaining traction elsewhere too.
