Interesting post, and very informative and comprehensive in its content. It will be interesting to see how the current Administration in the United States responds to this report. Of course the report is judging the actions of the past in the light of modern day legal and moral standards, am I really responsible for what my great grandfather did?
No you are not responsible. The government is.
