First US Diplomats, Now the Canadian Delegation. What is Cuba Doing?
First US diplomats left the country because of strange mental health issues and now the Canadian delegation. The Cubans are suspected of using devices to either knowingly or unwittingly do harm to delegates including children there with their parents. If they are doing it intentionally, there should be severe consequences.

Hostile takeover of the country's top tobacco plantations. You can't do anything with a country that is already broke and broken. Good question. Arm the citizens with something other than vintage cars or parts for same?
