His freedom paradigm is based on deontological ethics of Rothbard. Not all self-identifying libertarians believe in deontological ethics or follow Rothbard, and therefore not all believe in absolute property rights, just ancaps. Even if ancaps were the majority of libertarians it still wouldn't make your hasty generalization true.
