3. Then the Freelancers then communicate with them if they know the skill to complete the given task.  

4. They negotiate the price for completing the task.  

5. When the work is done, the company verify that the work is done according to their demand. 

6. Freelancer will only get paid if the work is really done, in required form and they get paid in Crypto token the SHC. 

7. Forum will only charge a fees “escrow fess” on every successful payment. Note: freelancer also have the option to work on a multiple projects of multiple companies at a time. There is no liability to stick to only one company. 

Purchasing token: 

Almost every company requires freelancers because when there is much workload, freelancer will work for them at very less costs. Companies don’t have to pay them monthly, don’t have to make space for them in their office. Desired work will be done and they are paid for successful work only.
