As usual we get a good summer storm. Again this one came out of nowhere. Good luck out there hopefully it passes quick.

Who?

I am curious why now for a second time popular media networks are reporting these to be cyber-attacks by "other nations".

The recent ransomware attacks seem to have been fairly unsuccessful considering they were allegedly created by nation/state type organizations but failed so simply.

Are some people trying to blame script kiddies foolishness on other nations for personal gain? (what's the agenda?)

Are some nations completely incompetent when it comes to spreading a virus anyone can buy on the dark-net for a bit of coin?
