Sleep-aiding foods

- Almond

- Cherry
According to research, cherry is the only natural food with melatonin. You can eat a handful before you go to bed. If it is not season, juice or dried ones are okay.
- Milk
When you have a cup of milk, you can make a sweet dream. This is because there are many tryptophan and soothing effects. There are also a lot of calcium to help the secretion of melatonin. If you can not sleep or wake up in the middle of the night, drink a little milk. You can mix one spoonful of honey.
