I applaud Judge Benitez blocking this ridiculous ban and its attempt at further crushing gun laws. Folks don't believe me? Take a look at Chicago - a completely demoncractically run city with the most stringent gun laws in the country...I am sure you are familiar with how well Chi-Town is doing right now.....
