Shit I totally left you guys hanging. Well I took in some paperwork the Thurs before my appearance which I still think MAY have helped a bit (in regards of the DA trying to perhaps keep me from seeing the judge for the arraignment).

At any rate, I was look at 90 days I believe and a hefty fine. Driving under Restraint is basically driving with a suspended license. Then the no insurance and expired tags. She was quite nice, and asked me if I understood the charges (I said yes, which was my first mistake and probably biggest because when they ask you that they are really asking "do you stand under me") .....I then told her that there a license is not required to drive and went on with my speech ..yada...yada....Like I said I wasn't very confident and didn't challenge her at all...she offered me a plea to drop the driving without a restraint and the insurance and tags and just charge me for driving without a license....

But ever since that day I have been studying this shit from three different angles...Purchased a Blacks Law Dictionary 5th and will be getting the 4th hopefully tomorrow and also want to buy Bouviers Law Dictionary...You would be amazed at the definitions of some of these words man...I clearly see now why the King of England got so pissed at the Americans..They were ALL Lawyers (B.L 5th - one learned in the law)....Its a shame how much we have squandered such an amazing gift; sovereignty
