Interesting! I noticed this week as I was making a post for a cashew cheese dip that the Daiya brand vegan cheese package doesn't say the word "cheese" on it. It says " Cheddar Style Shreds." I was trying to figure out if I should name my cheese "cheese" or 'cheeze" or whatever. Is the name "cheese" also forbidden to non-dairy cheeses?
