Paul Preston exposes Governor Edmund G. Brown, Jr.'s (Jerry) (D-CA) United Nations Agenda 21 plan to blow up the Orville, California dam with Atomic Demolition Munitions (ADM) on February 12, 2017. The plan was thwarted by Butte County Sheriff Korey Honea, who recognized the evil plan and evacuated citizens in danger of the dam breaking.

 

 

Construction of the dam began in 1961 and was completed in 1968. It is the largest dam in the United States, measuring 700 feet high and 6,920 feet long.

The devastating effects, both in loss of life and property, would have destroyed the United States in a matter of days. The Orville dam has 3.5 million cubic feet of water behind it. Common Sense Radio host Dave Hodges is correct in stating "WTC building 7 comes to mind". The attempted destruction of the dam is more significant than 9/11 and Pearl Harbor.

If the plan would have succeeded, over 2.5 millions lives in the Central Valley of California could have been lost, making the Johnstown, Pennsylvania of 1889 flood look like a walk in the park. The Central Valley is responsible for 60-70% of America's food supply. It is the 2nd largest rice producing area in the world. The effects of a massive flood to the agricultural land would take 5-10 years to be returned to normal. There would have been a worldwide famine, killing millions of people. Approximately 40 million more people in Southern California would have been without water.

Eye witnesses saw 36 trucks with ADMs brought in and immediately exit the area. ADMs were designed in the 1950's specifically for the purpose of destroying dams. Although Livermore Labs placed ADMs under the Orville dam during the height of the Cold War, more were needed to destroy it.

Governor Brown deliberately diverted dam maintenance funds to illegal alien welfare programs. To this day, the Orville Dam has not been inspected or licensed to operate legally.
