CROWS TO CLEAN UP TRASH

                                               

A theme park named Puy du Fou in western France this week has a new attraction for visitors, six crows that have been specially trained to pick up trash.

According to the theme park authorities this initiative has been taken not just to clear up, as the park is very clean. The purpose of the crows is to educate the people, to open their minds, to think, if the birds are able to do something that we are much more able to do than them, why don't we should do this by ourselves.

In 2008 a man named Josh Klein created a "crow vending machine" a box that would dispense a peanut every time a crow found a coin and put it in the machine's slot. At that time Josh Klein, suspected that if a crow can be trained to collect coins it can be trained to help improve human lives, such as picking up trash or sorting electronics.

Same logic has been applied here too, each time the crows drops a piece of rubbish end into the box, they will be rewarded with a small nugget of food.
