I understand how stupid this is. But you break the law and that’s what happens. Our system is designed for fixing unjust laws. If she goes to trial a jury of her peers can determine if a law is just or not.

One plant that kills (Tobacco) legal and one that Cures Illegal, why?.
Soon it's all going to reverse, Big Tobacco is just waiting for the nod from the FEDS and they will be into the Cannabis business soon after., you'll see 20 Marlboro Highs within a few years.
Governments ban and un-ban stuff all the time depending on who paying them the most or where the most votes are.
