Tesla will be happy to rebuild the electric system in Puerto Rico, and probably Sunpower will be saying the same, and any other company that is involved in solar system, but the question is: who is going to pay for it? For Tesla this could be a good way to prove they have new batteries that can save energy, so it is a good publicity campaign that somebody else will be paying. So they are looking for business.
